A woman was taken to hospital after a tree fell on a car during Storm Henk in Eltham.
The incident happened in Court Road at around 3.20pm on January 2.
London Ambulance Service crews and London Fire Brigade attended and found a woman injured.
She was taken to hospital for treatment where her condition is currently unknown.
The incident was over for firefighters just before 4.15pm.
An amber weather warning for strong wind was issued across south London by the Met Office.
Winds of 70-80mph had battered south London all afternoon, with heavy rain falling across the region.
The warning was in place from 10am until 8pm.
A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: “Firefighters responded to reports of a tree fallen onto a car on Court Road in Eltham on Tuesday.
“One woman was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
“Crews worked with emergency service partners to make the scene safe.
“The Brigade was called at 3.20pm and the incident was over for firefighters by 4.14pm.
“Two fire engines from Sidcup and Bromley fire stations and a fire and rescue unit from Bethnal Green Fire Station attended the scene.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called January 2 at 3.15pm to reports of an incident on Middle Park Avenue, SE9.
“We sent an ambulance crew and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treated a woman at the scene, before taking her to hospital.”
