Four men have been charged with theft and fraud offences following Southwark police raids.
This follows an investigation led by officers into multiple phone and identification document thefts across London.
Officers conducted raids on Monday (February 26), seizing multiple suspected stolen mobile phones and recovering assets alleged to be linked to fraudulent activity.
Four men were charged yesterday (February 27) with conspiracy to dishonestly receive stolen goods (particularly mobile phones) and conspiracy to commit fraud by making a false representation between December 28, 2022, and February 26, 2024:
- Zakaria Senadjki, 30, of Dartmouth Close W11
- Riyadh Mamouni, of Dartmouth Close W11
- Nazih Cheraitia, 33, of Wales Farm Rd W3
- Ahmed Belhanafi, 25, of Dartmouth Close W11
They appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court yesterday and were remanded in custody before their second hearing at Southwark Crown Court on March 26.
