A popular pub in Bexleyheath is the only south London Wetherspoons that is still up for sale two years after it was put on the market.
The Wrong Un is among four other south London pubs that were put on the market in September 2022.
The Bankers Draft in Eltham, the Asparagus in Battersea, the Capitol in Forest Hill, and the Foxley Hutch in Purley were also up for sale.
The Wrong Un is the only south London Wetherspoons that is currently under offer and will close once a deal goes through.
The Bankers Draft, in Eltham High Street, closed its doors on August 20, almost a year after it was put up for sale.
The Capitol, in London Road, also shut its doors for good on October 15 and the Foxley Hatch permanently closed on December 3.
The Asparagus was the latest south London Wetherspoons to close its doors for good on March 17.
Senior director at CBRE, Toby Hall, said the pubs represent an "excellent" opportunity for existing pub operators.
He adds that there is a mix of locations in the portfolio which is rarely seen in the market.
The chain, founded by businessman Tim Martin, operates around 800 pubs around the UK and Ireland.
