The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Friday, May 3, 2024.

MARTIN ROBERTSON, 45, of Honley Road in Hither Green, admitted burglary at The Co-op food in Tulse Hill on February 8. He also admitted a racially/religiously aggravated public order offence against a police officer on the same date. Robertson also admitted assaulting a woman at Stockwell Tube Station on August 1. He was given a one-year community order which bans him from being within 100 yards of The Co-op. 

MOUREIK EBANKS, 18, of Saints Close in Norwood, admitted possessing a machete on March 15 at Loampit Vale in Lewisham. He also admitted possession of cannabis on the same date. Ebanks was given a one-year community order including 60 hours of unpaid work. 

TERRY WHITTLE, 54, of Wellington Street in Woolwich, admitted assaulting a woman on April 11. Whittle was given a community order and a restraining order was made. 

PHILLIP COLLINS, 47, of Gertrude Road in Belvedere, admitted stealing cash from a motor vehicle in Thamesmead on November 4. He also admitted burglary at Snap Fitness in Belvedere on November 24, stealing cash, charging cables and confectionary. Collins was given a one-year community order and was banned from Snap Fitness. 

KELVIN NUNEZ VALENZUELA, 36, Brightfield Road in Lewisham, admitted drug driving and possession of cannabis in Lewisham on October 16. He was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £120.
