Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing man who has fled from a hospital.
Matthew Ellis, 34, was last seen on Wednesday (May 15) at around 5pm, running across the Homerton Hospital staff car park.
It is believed he ran to the direction of Homerton Grove.
Matthew was wearing a black tracksuit with a khaki coloured top underneath.
The Metropolitan Police said that officers are concerned for Matthew’s welfare due to a deterioration in his mental health - and officers are urgently working to locate him.
Anyone who sees Matthew is advised to not approach him, but to contact the Met instead.
