A person has been taken to hospital after an incident at a train station at Catford.
Concerns for the welfare of a person were raised at Catford Bridge station shortly after 1pm today (May 31).
Southeastern confirmed on X (formally known as Twitter) that all lines towards Lewisham and Hayes were blocked as the incident was dealt with.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and the person was taken to hospital.
In an update at 2pm, it added that all lines had reopened and all services had returned back to normal.

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Catford Bridge railway station shortly after 1pm on today (31 May) following reports of a concern for welfare.
“Officers attended along with the ambulance service and the person was taken to hospital.”
