These cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Monday, June 10, 2024.

JOHN ONETUFO, 21, of Barfleur Lane in Deptford, admitted driving whilst disqualified in Forest Hill on May 11. Onetufo was jailed for four months. Magistrates said he has a flagrant disregard for court orders, because the offence was committed during the period of a suspended sentence. 

MARK ANSELL, 61, of Station Road in Sidcup, admitted assaulting a man in Sidcup on December 21. Ansell was sentenced to four months in custody, suspended for one year. He will be required to pay £1,000 compensation and complete 200 hours of unpaid work. 

LEWISH MARSHALL, 28, of Sandy Hill Road in Woolwich, admitted possessing a prohibited image of a child and indecent images of children. Marshall was remanded on unconditional bail to be sentenced at a later date. 

DAVID PATIENCE, 47, of Briant Street in Deptford, admitted failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirements. Patience’s detention was deemed served as he had already spent time in custody prior to sentencing. 

ANGELA MONSHALL, 39, of Netherne on the Hill in Surrey, admitted drug driving in Beckenham on November 3. Monshall was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for one year. 

SPENCER SMITH, 28, of Plumstead Common Road in Woolwich, admitted three counts of fraud by false representation by using a bank card belonging to someone else in August last year. Smith was given a one year custodial sentence suspended for one year. He was also ordered to pay £335 compensation.
