A man is fighting for his life after a stabbing in Lewisham in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called to a stabbing on Lewisham Way just after 4.30am on Saturday (June 22).
A man, aged in his 20s, subsequently presented himself at a south London hospital with a stab injury.
His injuries are being treated as life threatening at this time.
A large crime scene remains in place around Lewisham Way, New Cross Road, Amersham Road, Shardeloes Road and Parkfield Road.
An investigation is under way.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and taken into police custody.

A Met spokesperson said: “Police and LAS were called at 0434hrs on Saturday, 22 June, to a stabbing in Lewisham Way, SE14.
“A short time later a man, aged in his 20s, presented himself at a south London hospital suffering stab injuries.
“These injuries are being treated as life threatening at this time.
“A large crime scene remains in place around Lewisham Way, New Cross Road, Amersham Road, Shardeloes Road and Parkfield Road.
“An investigation is under way,. A man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and taken into police custody.
