Officers hunted across rooftops and sent out helicopters to search for suspects after a stabbing.
Police swarmed to High Street, Harlesden, following the attack on Monday (July 22) at 7.10pm.
When emergency services arrived at the scene, everyone involved had fled.
A man, 33, later went to hospital with stab injuries, but his condition is not reported to be life-threatening.
He was later transferred to another hospital and was later arrested on suspicion of affray. Since then he was taken to a police station and was bailed.
Another man, 26, was arrested on the Monday on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has since been released on bail.
Eyewitnesses at the time said that officers were seen climbing on rooftops as they searched for the suspects.
Officers continued the search for more suspects the next day, taking to the roofs once more.

A man was seen in High Street before he fled, jumping onto a roof.
Police dogs were called in as well as the National Police Air Service.
A 30-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.
He was taken to hospital and then to a police station.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the stabbing continue.
