Stratford streets ranked cheapest and most expensive

Streets have been ranked in the category of the most and least affordable addresses to buy homes using data from HM Land Registry. 

The data published by Property Solvers has tracked average house price figures across a five year period. 

The results revealed Cadence Way in E20 to be the most expensive Stratford road address, with an average house price of £868,875. 

This was closely followed by Villiers Gardens also in E20, with an average house price of £863,068.

Villiers Gardens came in as the second most expensive street (Image: Google Maps) Another Stratford address that still managed to make it onto the most expensive roads list is Park View Mansions, Olympic Park Avenue, E20. 

Here, the average house price is £670,131. 

At the other end of the scale, Goswell Court, Honour Lea Avenue E20 has been revealed as the cheapest road in Stratford by Property Solvers.

In this street, the average house price is just £162,541.

Overall, the average house price in Stratford is £393,142 according to HM Land Registry data. 

This is down by £40,296 (or 7.51 per cent) over the last five years, with a 1.6 per cent decrease (£8,056) recorded in just the last 12 months. 

Property sales over the last year are also down in numbers by 122 transactions to just 209, according to Property Solvers.

There were 44 transactions where properties that sold ranged between the £440,000 to £520,000 bracket.

Forty-three properties were sold priced between £280,000 and £360,000. 

In June, there were 38 price reductions on properties, a total of 40 agreed home sales, and 51 new estate agency instructions.
