A show, a bar and a restaurant – basically a combination of everything you’d want from a boozy night out in central London.

Inca opened in 2021 and serves Latin American food, along with signature cocktails and a mesmerising show.

It’s based on Argyll Street and fuses together gastronomy, interior design, music and a show.

From raw Peruvian ceviches to grilled meat, you can eat to your heart’s desire while you watch and listen to performers, singers and dancers.

The stage is in the centre of the restaurant and the performers interact with you as you eat.

I went on a Saturday night and it got progressively more busy as the evening went on with people coming to eat and drink while the show heated up.

The newest concept at the restaurant is Nativo which offers a series of immersive performances and a refreshed A La Carte menu.

The latest menu includes baked king crab leg, Hamachi ceviche and seared dover sole with spicy shiso ponzu which sounds completely delicious.

My boyfriend and I went for a mainly fish-focussed chef’s choice selection, which included a mammoth portion of guacamole, some bluefin tuna tostados which were out-of-this-world and bursting with flavour and a scrumptious and fresh salmon and avocado maki roll.

For mains we had a miso grilled aubergine and miso black cod paired with a seaweed salad – and as the night went on the performers became bigger, better, more frequent and more mesmerising, so we spelt a while eating our mains while watching singing, dancing, acrobatics and more.

We paired our food with signature cocktails crafted carefully by the Inca mixologists. I really liked that on the menu it advised on the taste of the cocktail – whether it be light, tangy, bubbly, sweet and so on – because there’s nothing worse than ordering a cocktail that looks cool and hating the taste.

The vibes were on point and the atmosphere was buzzy with guests clapping, singing and dancing along.

Dessert was a winner and we went for the signature Inca Sphere – which was a gold dark chocolate bomb with coconut mousse filling and lime sorbet with caramel sauce.

Our waiter was helpful in his recommendations and helping us to make a decision on which to order – because quite frankly I could have demolished the whole lot of them.

We had our table for two hours but had the chance to sit in the bar and still watch the show once we had finished eating.

Overall it was fun, boujee, boozy, different, exciting and sensual and I’d recommend Inca for any girl’s night, date night, birthday or occasion when you want something that little bit extra special.
