The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Friday, August 16, 2024:        

BRADLEY ONEILL, 44, of Mickleham Road in Orpington, admitted harassment by breach of a restraining order on conviction and breaching a stalking protection order, both relating to the same woman. He was jailed for eight weeks. 

DECLAN POWER, 25, of Furner Close in Crayford, admitted harassing a woman in breach of a restraining order on conviction, relating to a woman. Power was jailed for eight weeks. 

GHEORGHITA PALADE, 50, of Abbey Road in Belvedere, admitted drink driving on Brampton Road, Abbey Wood, on June 21. Palade was given a one-year community order, 150 hours of unpaid work and a 36 month driving ban. 

JAMIE BYRNE, 40, of Canadian Avenue in Catford, admitted criminal damage of a door belonging to the NHS, stealing wine, coffee and cat food from Co-op in Lewisham, a racially aggravated public order offence against a police officer and assaulting a police officer. Byrne was jailed for one year.
