A woman who stole from the same Swanley Asda three times in one day has been convicted.

Samantha Parsons, of no fixed address, was arrested on Sunday, August 25.

Police had been refuelling a police car at the Asda garage on Swanley High Street when they were alerted about the shoplifting allegations.

An area search was carried out which led to the arrest of 50-year-old Parsons, who was riding a bike on Kingswood Road at the time.

On Monday, August 26 she pleaded guilty at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court and has been released on conditional bail pending a further hearing at the same court on Friday, October 25.
