Some Southeastern trains will be cancelled, diverted or replaced by buses this weekend due to planned engineering work.

The work will affect trains on Sunday, September 22.

We have compiled all of the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this weekend.

Buses replace trains between Lewisham and Hayes (Sunday, September 22)

Engineering work is taking place between Ladywell and Hayes, closing all lines.

Trains between London Charing Cross and Hayes will not run.

Accessible replacement buses will run between Lewisham and Hayes calling at all stations.

No trains to / from Dover Priory (Sunday, September 22)

Engineering work is taking place at Dover Priory, closing all lines.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Dover Priory via Tonbridge will only run between London Victoria and Folkestone Central.

These trains are diverted via Maidstone East because of further engineering work.

Highspeed via Ashford Ainternational: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Dover Priory will only run between London St Pancras International and Folkestone Central.

Additional trains will run between Deal and Ramsgate.

Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Dover Priory via Chatham will only run between London Victoria and Canterbury East.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

  • Folkestone West and Deal calling at all stations.
  • Folkestone West and Dover Priory calling at Folkestone Central.
  • Canterbury East and Dover Priory non-stop.
  • Canterbury East and Dover Priory calling at all stations.

Replacement buses will be unable to call at Snowdown or Shepherds Well because of roadworks in the area.

Southeastern asks that passengers use an alternative station or route to complete your journey. The nearest stations are Aylesham or Kearsney, where replacement buses will be calling.

If passengers incur additional costs as a result, they are asked to contact Southeastern Customer Services team.

Buses replace trains to / from Tonbridge (Sunday, September 22)

Engineering work is taking place at Tonbridge, closing all lines.

Southeastern:

Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will only run between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks.

Additional trains will run between Wadhurst and Hastings.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Tonbridge will run hourly, and be diverted between London Bridge and Ashford International to run via Maidstone East calling additionally at Otford (for connections to / from Sevenoaks) and Maidstone East.

At Ashford International, the train will divide and one portion of coaches will run between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West, and the other portion will run between Ashford International and Folkestone Central.

The Folkestone Central portion will only run between Ashford International and Folkestone Central because of further engineering work.

Additional trains will run between Paddock Wood and Ashford International.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

  • Sevenoaks and Paddock Wood calling at Tonbridge only.
  • Sevenoaks and Wadhurst calling at all stations except Frant.
  • Tunbridge Wells and Frant (minibus).

Southern:

  • Buses will replace trains between Redhill and Tonbridge.
