An Orpington raised Youtuber Yung Filly has been released on bail after he was accused of raping a woman in Australia.
The 29-year-old, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, allegedly raped a woman in her 20s at a hostel after performing at Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on September 28.
Filly faces four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault, and one count of impeding a person's breathing by applying pressure to the neck.
Barrientos was granted bail at Perth Magistrates Court but will have to remain in Perth until December 19 when he will next appear in court, according to ABC Australia.
It has also been reported that strict conditions of his bail include that he is banned from contacting the alleged victim and is prohibited from posting on social media about the case to his 3.2 million followers.
The YouTuber has been ordered to report to police daily and post a personal $100,000 (£51,438.05) cash surety.
WA police prosecutor Julius Depetro alleges that there is an “extremely strong” case against the YouTube star, claiming to have CCTV and photo evidence to back up the charges.
He also claimed that Yung Filly could be a flight risk as he had 'no links to' Western Australia.
ABC Australia also reports that the prosecutor provided photos to the judge which were not shown to the court and said that “no ordinary person can consent in those circumstances”.
However, legal representatives for the YouTuber argued that he deserved the right to bail and questioned the strength of the prosecution's case.
Filly has collaborated with a number of famous faces, including KSI's internet group the Sidemen.
He also presented BBC Three shows like Hot Property, Don't Scream, and Yung Filly's Celeb Lock-In.
Beyond his work for the BBC, the internet star has also been featured in programmes like Channel 4's The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer.
