A man who was driving a smart car has died after two crashes on the M20 near Swanley.
Emergency services were called to a crash at 6.15am this morning (Wednesday, October 16) to reports that a dark blue smart car was travelling coastbound near Junction 1 of the M20.
It was reported to police that the car was then involved in a crash with a blue Vauxhall Mokka on the same carriageway.
The smart car was then involved in another crash with a BMW 5-Series estate on the slip road from the M25, where it joins the M20.
Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service went to the scene where the driver of the smart car, a man in his 20s, was confirmed dead.
His next of kin have been informed.

Motorists with dashcam are also asked to check for relevant footage which can be uploaded to Kent Police’s online portal.
