A man shot dead in Tottenham has been named for the first time.
Emergency services were called to a shooting in Watheof Gardens on Tuesday, October 15.
A man was found with a gunshot wound and died at the scene.
Today (Thursday, October 17) he has been named as 41-year-old Serafettin Oklu.
His family are continuing to be supported by specialist officers.
A special post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
Enquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing.
On October 15, Mahmut Sahindal was arrested.
Sahindal, of no fixed address has been charged with murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life in relation to the incident.
The 56-year-old was remanded to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court today.
