Save the date… Saturday 2nd November is not one to miss; the town’s popular night of fireworks is not far off!

Cassiobury Park will again be hosting its annual show of fireworks. With over 40,000 people attending last year, it is said to be Hertfordshire’s biggest firework display.

The evening will be full of fun leading up to 7:30pm, when the illuminations begin…

Vibe 107.6 FM will be hosting, playing everything from old classics to party bangers, getting the crowd in the mood. Entertainment and activities start from 6pm and local band ‘Pat and The Butchers’ will be on stage after gigs in and around Hertfordshire in the lead up to the big day.

There will be plenty to do for younger children - bouncy slides, funfair rides, bungee jumping, handheld glow-in-the-dark lights - something for all ages! The park will have a wide range of food and drink stalls to keep warm on what’s due to be a cold November night, or for a treat during the display.

The event is free for all, but do take plenty of change for the bucket shakers collecting money for Watford Lions, who’ll then share the proceeds with lots of local causes including New Hope, Blood Runners and local Scout groups.

Wrap up warm and come and join us for what’s sure to be a fantastic night of fireworks with family, friends and the local community. See you there!
