Romford Buccaneers head coach Jason Buckman felt a six-point weekend was fully deserved for his side in National League Division One South.
Buccs beat Invicta 3-1 at the Sapphire Ice & Leisure Centre on Saturday and followed it up with a 6-4 victory over Swindon to complete a fine home double-header.
And Buckman praised their efforts in both games and to this point of the campaign.
"I was really happy with a six-point weekend, it's nothing more than the guys deserved after a tough few weeks of road games," said Buckman.
"Taking 20 of 30 points available since the beginning of October with some big injuries to key players is huge for us, and something we can build on."
Philip Maguire gave Buccs an early lead against the Dynamos, who hit back midway through the first period.
And it remained deadlocked until the 48th minute when Juraj Huska put Romford back in front, with Tjay Anderson adding a late empty net goal to seal the victory.
Max van Mullem made 23 saves in the home net, as Brad Windebank faced 43 shots at the other end of the rink.
"Saturday the guys again worked so hard to get a result against a talented Invicta team," added Buckman.
"I feel both goalies played exceptionally well, but thankfully Max came out on top in that battle.
Luca Pascale opened the scoring after just 22 seconds against Swindon, with Shay Woolmore and Huska making it 3-0 at the first break.
Huska added a fourth just 18 seconds into the middle period, with Donald Campbell's shorthanded effort making it 5-1 at the midway point.
But Swindon scored twice in 23 seconds late in the session, then cut the gap to one with 79 seconds left in the game.
Huska's empty net goal completed his treble, though, to earn Buccs the win, with Buckman adding: "We met Swindon for the second time this year and they are young team and never give up.
"That certainly showed as we were up 5-1 at one point and they started to find a way back into the game. Again the guys dug deep and found the extra gear to see the game out."
Buccs play a third successive home game on Saturday as they welcome Essex rivals Chelmsford.
And Buckman said: "We go into a cup game this week against the Chieftains which is a huge game and will look to take some confidence into that game."
