A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly pushing a man into the path of a vehicle in Harrow.
The incident happened at the junction of Fairholme Road and Station Road at around 6.30pm yesterday (November 6).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and a man in his 20s was found injured.
He was rushed to hospital where his condition was assessed as non-life threatening.
A woman in her 30s was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and has been taken into police custody.
An investigation is currently underway.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at around 1836hrs to a vehicle collision with a man in Station Road, Harrow.
“It was reported that a woman had pushed the man into the road.
“Officers attended along with LAS colleagues.
“The man, aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital. His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
“A woman, aged in her 30s, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
“She has been taken into police custody.
“An Investigation is ongoing.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 6.39pm yesterday (Wednesday 6 November) to reports of an injured person at the junction of Fairholme Road and Station Road, Harrow.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to hospital as a priority.”
