Hornchurch's newest Asian restaurant has revealed an opening date.
Bento is replacing Chopsticks in High Street and has had six months of interior refurbishments.
The Asian eatery will be open for sit-down bookings from November 19.
Manager Jonathan Tse is eager for customers to experience the sit-down service and take in the work.
"We hired a designer from Hong Kong to ensure the design stayed true to the Asian food we will be serving", said Jonathan.
"We are so excited to open up after six months of work. It took so long because we have decorated with pieces from all over the world.
"We have wallpaper from Japan and Korea. Some of our decorations are from Hong Kong and others from across Europe - we have bits from everywhere really."
Bento recently invited friends, family, neighbours and refurbishment staff to a welcome party.
