A male has been arrested after a stabbing which left someone with “potentially life-changing” injuries in Finsbury Park.
The arrest was made shortly after officers were called to Clifton Terrace in Finsbury Park after reports of a male stabbed at 2.40pm.
Police arrived at the road, next to Finsbury Park Station bus stop, and found a male injured with stab wounds.
He was treated by the London Ambulance Service and has been taken to hospital where his condition is being treated as potentially life-changing.
A male was arrested and taken to a north London police station, where he remains in custody.
A section of the road is currently closed off around a parade of shops and police are appealing for witnesses.
