Pictures have captured the aftermath of a crash involving two vans on a main road in Chingford.
It comes after emergency services, including the fire brigade and air ambulance, were alerted to the incident on the A406 North Circular at around 11.40am on November 12.
The crash left a 12-year-old boy trapped in one of the affected vehicles before he was rescued by firefighters.
He and a man were taken to hospital for further treatment, with neither males suffering life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
The crash has had a major impact on travel in the surrounding areas after blocking the A406 North Circular, causing traffic to back into Edmonton and Walthamstow.

The air ambulance was pictured having landed in the neighbouring carpark of a Costco superstore.
The AA has reported that all lanes of the major road have since reopened, after a near three hour closure.
