A man who went missing from a mental health facility in Ilford has been spotted in Lewisham, according to police.
Kanya, who left Goodmayes Hospital at 7.19am on Friday, November 1, is described as a black man of medium build.
He was seen in Ilford wearing a grey jacket, a blue or green T-shirt, black trousers, and black trainers.
He has known connections in Hackney, Walthamstow, Chingford, and around the River Lea.
Police are concerned for his wellbeing and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
The public is advised not to approach Kanya directly but to contact the police immediately if he is seen.
