A huge ABBA themed party is taking place in Woolwich – giving everyone the chance to feel like they are the dancing queen.
Woolwich Works is preparing to host the night of disco magic with MANIA, an ABBA tribute band, leading the party on Friday, November 29.
Fans will have the opportunity to enjoy an evening of iconic hits performed by the world’s leading ABBA tribute act, who comes directly from London’s West End.
The show will take place in the Fireworks Factory and will celebrate ABBA’s timeless music.
Guests will hear classics like Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, and The Winner Takes It All.
According to the organisers, the performance is designed to be more than just a concert - it will give fans the chance to relive the golden era of disco in a vibrant and lively setting.
The event will begin at 7.30pm, and the doors will open an hour earlier at 6.30pm.
Guests will also be able to enjoy Swedish-inspired food and drinks at the Woolwich Works café.
The menu will include dishes such as meatballs with creamy mash and a Swedish-style hotdog. Visitors can also try the “Waterloo Sunset” cocktail, which is made with Absolut Vodka.
Tickets are available in advance for £27 plus booking fees.
