Battersea Power Station is set to welcome brand new Transformers and Peppa Pig stores this month – the world’s first of their kind.
The new stores are set to open this November in collaboration with Hasbro and will be the world’s first ever standalone Transformers and Peppa Pig stores.
With Transformers and Peppa Pig celebrating milestone anniversaries of 40 and 20 years this year, the new stores will offer fans of the franchises a chance to shop for gifts in the lead up to Christmas.
The Transformers store will feature the latest figures from Hasbro, along with live demonstrations of robots and video games, while graphic designs will also be on display around the stores.
Next door, the Peppa Pig store will feature a range of merchandise from toys to clothing and accessories along with products from known brands such as Emma Bridgewater, Trotters London and Hummingbird Bakery.
To celebrate the exclusivity of the store being the first standalone store in the world, there will also be an exclusive range of London and Battersea Power Station themed products featuring the new franchise character, His Majesty the King.
There will also be photo opportunities, where visitors can have their photo taken in the plush London bus and against the backdrop of Battersea Power Station in the style of Peppa Pig’s world.
The store will also offer a soft play seating area, as well as a Peppa stage where visitors can watch episodes of Peppa Pig being played.
Peppa herself will also make daily appearances, where visitors will have a chance to meet the main character herself and pose for a photo in the store.
The new Transformers and Peppa Pig stores will be located in Boiler House North and are set to open on November 27.
