A burger takeaway in Romford received the worst rating for its food hygiene standards.
The Burger Yardz, in London Road, scored a zero out of five for its food hygiene after a recent inspection - the lowest possible rating - meaning "urgent improvement" is necessary.
Two other businesses in Havering, an Indian restaurant and a cafe, were rated a three out of five in November, meaning their hygiene standards were deemed "generally satisfactory" by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

The remaining 18 Havering businesses which received an inspection in November were all considered to have "good" or "very good" food safety.
Family-run Italian restaurant Sorrento, in Upminster, scored four out of five, and other well-known names such as KFC, Slug and Lettuce and Wendy's in Romford all scored a five.

The Burger Yardz
The Burger Yardz, in London Road, Romford, was given a zero out of five after its inspection on November 7 - and told that "urgent improvement" is necessary.
Inspectors found that the takeaway restaurant needed major improvement in its handling of food and management of safety procedures, and improvement in the cleanliness of facilities.
The Burger Yardz is still displaying an incorrect food hygiene rating of four out of five on its website (as of December 4), and declined to comment on its rating.
Ginger Lounge
Ginger Lounge, in Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, was rated three out of five after an inspection by the FSA on November 5.
The food safety officer deemed the Indian restaurant to have "generally satisfactory" standards across all categories: hygienic food handling, condition of facilities, and management of food safety.
Ginger Lounge did not respond to the Recorder's request for comment.
The Forest Centre Tea Room
The Forest Centre Tea Room - part of Thames Chase Forest Centre in Upminster - was rated three out of five after an inspection by the FSA on November 5.
The food safety officer deemed the cafe at the community forest to have "generally satisfactory" standards across all categories: hygienic food handling, condition of facilities, and management of food safety.
The Forest Centre Tea Room did not respond to the Recorder's request for comment.
