Christopher Hopkins, 29, from Newport, Ahmed Abdirahman Kalib, 26, of Flecker Close, Stanmore, and Yasiin Khalid Muse, of Gaskarth Road, Edgware, are due before Hendon magistrates charged with importing cannabis.
They were arrested on Tuesday, November 18, after police swooped on a hairdressers in Burnt Oak and seized almost five tonnes of herbal cannabis.
The cannabis found is thought to have a street value of almost £20m and is one of the largest finds in the Met Police history.
