WALTHAMSTOW: 15-year-old boy stabbed after confrontation with gang
A boy is in hospital after he was stabbed following a confrontation with a gang of youths.
The 15-year-old victim was found by police with a stab wound to the abdomen in East Avenue, Walthamstow, at 4.30pm on Saturday.
He was taken to an east London hospital where his condition is not life-threatening.
Police have said the victim and some of his friends were approached by a gang of youths and a confrontation occurred during which the 15-year-old was stabbed.
Officers from Waltham Forest CID are investigating. No arrests have yet been made.
