A teenager has been charged with the murder of a young father in West Ealing last week.
Dale Ebanks, 19, of Crane Court, Gurnell Grove, Hanwell, appeared as Westminster Magistrates Court on Saturday morning accused of shooting dead Jason Johnson.
The 24-year-old, who had a three-year-old son, died after being shot in the chest in an alleyway running behind Cavendish Avenue just before 9pm on Friday, November 21.
Mr Ebanks, who was arrested by police on Friday, was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on March 6.
Friends and family have paid tribute to Mr Johnson.
