Two men will appear in court today in connection with the murder of Daniel Myrie in Lewisham.
The 32-year-old father of three was stabbed at his family home in Canada Gardens on Wednesday (December 3) during a domestic argument.
Andrew Winter, aged 36, of Canada Gardens, was charged this morning with Daniel’s murder and will appear at Greenwich Magistrates’ Court this morning (December 5).
Daniel’s brother, 31-year-old Aaron Myrie, also of Canada Gardens, has been charged with assaulting Andrew Winter and is due to appear before magistrates today.
The London Ambulance Service was called to the house at 12.16pm on Wednesday.
Daniel, who is believed to have been stabbed repeatedly, was taken to Lewisham Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2.15pm.
Two men were arrested at the scene.
