A parliamentary candidate for Orpington is asking residents for their views on how money should be spent on improving transport in the area.
Transport for London is giving Bromley Council £100,000 to spend on transport in the borough, as part of an overall £3.9m funding package.
Labour’s prospective parliamentary candidate, Stephen Morgan, wants residents to contact him with their suggestions.
He said: “I am delighted that TfL are giving Bromley Council £100,000 to spend on local transport projects.
“I am calling on local people to contact me to let me know what you think the needs in Orpington are.”
People can contact Mr Morgan on 020 7820 6664 or 07985 735 849 or via email stephen@orpingtonlabour.org.uk To find out about how the rest of the £3.9m funding will be spent, click here.
