The incident happened near the Blackwall Tunnel
Emergency services were called after three cars crashed near the Blackwall Tunnel last night.
Firefighters arrived at the Blackwall Tunnel Southern Approach Road (A102) at around 9.30pm but everyone had got themselves out of their vehicles.
They were taken to hospital by ambulance.
The condition of the casualties is not yet known.
