Four people have been charged with aggravated trespass after demonstrators climbed a crane to protest the construction of Terminal Five at Heathrow Airport.
Three people from Derbyshire and one from Stafford have been bailed to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on October 17.
They are Nigel Mark Hill of Turney Grover, Highfields, Stafford, and William Howard Campbell, Julie Susan Ryder, and Emily O’Byrne, all of Stanton Lees Road, Matlock, in Derbyshire.
The arrests were made after protesters held a demonstration by scaling a crane on the construction site for Terminal Five and unfurling a banner in protest of airport expansion.
Four protesters remain on site.
