Four suspicious packages were sent to "diplomatic premises" in London yesterday, according to police.
It is thought the packages contained white powder - raising fears of anthrax attack - after Saudi authorities reported an envelope to police.
Scotland Yard has said the powder in the envelope appears to be harmless, though tests are still being carried out.
It has not been confirmed which other countries' embassies, or other diplomatic premises, were targeted with packages.
