Fresh from the jungle, Happy Monday's frontman Shaun Ryder is headlining on New Year's Eve at the 02 Arena as part of the CIRQUE! club event organised by Proud.
The I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! runner-up, will be DJ-ing at the event which sees the re-birth of superclub matter.
From New Year's Eve onwards, 'Proud @ matter' will be hosting a series of weekend club nights in early 2011 – seeing the superclub reopened for the first time since its closure in spring.
Joining Ryder is critically acclaimed DJ Yoda who will use cutting edge technology to combine a mash-up of film, TV and YouTube clips to add spectacular visuals to his DJ sets.
The full line-up will be set to a backdrop of a theatrical circus theme and burlesque dress-up policy; complete with entertainment from Fuel Girls, world famous aerialists, fire-breathers, angle grinders, trapeze artists and edgy & tattooed snake-charming models.
In addition to TFL's free transport on the night, Proud will provide Routemaster Buses running every 10 minutes for only £1 per ticket and 150 taxis outside the premises.
