A TWELFTH suspect has been charged over the alleged plot to blow up transatlantic aircraft.
Umair Hussain, 24, is accused of failing to disclose information that could help prevent an act of terrorism by his brother, Nabeel.
A third brother, Mehran, 23 - one of 11 others who have already appeared in court - faces the same charge.
Nevertheless Nabeel Hussain has not yet been charged and is thought to be among eight people still being quizzed over the alleged plot.
This morning, Umair Hussain was remanded until September 1 at City of Westminster magistrates' court.
In total, four of the 24 people initially arrested have been freed with no further action. Twelve have now been charged - including eight men with conspiracy to murder and preparing acts of terrorism.
Another eight are in custody at the high security Paddington Green police station and can be questioned until next Thursday.
