A man has been charged with the murder of a body found on Marble Arch island, one of the busiest junctions in London.
The 34-year-old victim was found with head injuries near the landmark in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
He was already dead when paramedics arrived at 3am, and is yet to be formally identified. Police is still tracing his loved ones.
James Stewart, 40, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at City of Westminster magistrates' court today charged with the murder.
