Kings of Leon have announced dates for their ‘When You See Yourself’ UK tour for 2022.
They’ll be playing at six venues in June and July next year, starting off with the Birmingham Resorts World Arena on June 13 and the Leeds First Direct Arena on June 14.
This will then be followed by the Glasgow SSE Hydro on June 28 and then the Newcastle Utilita Arena on June 29.
The O2 Arena will then be visited by the band on July 1 before finishing off at the Manchester AO Arena on July 5.
Kings of Leon formed in 1999 through brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill and cousin Matthew Followill.
Success came at first for them in the UK with nine top 40 singles and two Brit Awards in 2008.
All three of the band’s albums at the time peaked in the top five of the UK albums chart.
Eventually they became bigger names in the US as well, with their song ‘Only by the Night’ charting there in September 2008.
Singles that followed, including ‘Sex is on Fire’, ‘Use Somebody’ and ‘Notion’ all peaked at number one on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart.
How to get tickets for the Kings of Leon 2022 UK tour?
Tickets will go on sale from 9.30am on Friday September 24 and will be available to buy through Ticketmaster.
