As The Apprentice returns to screens tonight (Thursday, January 6), one contestant has revealed their history on reality TV.
Navid Sole who is hoping to launch a pharmacy business with Lord Sugar's help has previously appeared in Rich Kids Go Skint and Eating With My Ex.
Although he has since recalled his time on the shows embarrassing, they have given him some extra limelight.
His appearance on BBC's Eating With My Ex created some tense and awkward moments as he was told by 'ex-girlfriend' Charlotte "I never saw you as a boyfriend."
Which very led to some awkward moments and Navid saying "I genuinely thought we were in a relationship."
The end result of the pair's conversation left Navid "flabbergasted", even after Charlotte said they never even held hands let alone kiss.
Eating with My Ex isn't The Apprentice stars only reality TV stint, he's also appeared on Rich Kids Go Skint in 2019.
The show saw Navid clad in Versace as he swapped designer bedding for a sofa in finally struggling family's West London home.
Navid grew up in a multi-million mansion and lives the 'high-life' with first-class flights, meeting his celebrity icons, and wearing all new designer.
Rich Kids Go Skint saw Navid learn basic cooking skills and event learned what a colander is.
The new series of The Apprentice airs on BBC One on 6 January at 9 pm.
