On 21 December 2022 a Back To The Future exhibition was taking place in Camden. This exhibition contained various props that were used during filming including original blueprints, stunt guns and more. This made for a very exciting experience to see the real items used in what is regarded as a “perfect film” with many secrets involving the cast of the producers were revealed the difficulty the directors faced in getting funding for the film.
Visitors were able to watch old un edited footage of many iconic moments such as the scene involving hoverboards in Back to the future II. For many, the highlight was at the end of the tour: the famous DeLorean where you could sit and see all the different gadgets inside that our characters used throughout the films. During the tour the visitors were able to spend time recreating famous moments. These were a great opportunity for a photo with their families, so they will remember the experience for years to come.
This exhibition brings to light how difficult the process including the casting which would have changed the film drastically to the point that we wouldn’t know this great film as the classic that it is today. This was a great experience for many families and a must-go for all.
