The Denver Nuggets where the previous NBA champions and have the two time MVP Nikola Jokic. However the Boston Celtics have had an outstanding season so far and are the Fox news favourites to win this year. 

It is currently playoff time this year and the Boston Celtics are favourites to win it all as they had the best record in the league with 64 wins to a mere 18 losses. They are also favourites to win the eastern conference even with the New york Knicks in their seed. The western conference is much more competitive than the East this year with the Denver Nuggets who were the previous winners and other teams like Oklahoma city and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Minnesota have already advanced pass the round of 16 and are through to the round of eight for the tournament with there next opposition most likely to be the Denever Nuggets who currently have a three to one lead on the Lakers.

Oklahoma should make it to the Western conference finals as they have a three to nothing lead on the pelicans and finished first in the Western conference group. However we have seen some major twists in the playoffs and the competition is still up for the taking.
