Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour, located just outside of London, has been offering a Christmas-themed experience over the past month, and with the limited-time adventure only on offer until January 16th, you won’t want to miss out.

The new tour, called ‘Hogwarts In The Snow’, adds a wintry element to the standard tour that Warner Bros. offers -  for example, famous sets such as the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley and the model of Hogwarts Castle have all been covered in artificial snow to mark the occasion. In addition to this, the Great Hall has also been decorated to keep up with the theme of Christmas – it has been filled with wreaths and Christmas trees, while the famous long tables have been set up to match the Christmas dinner scenes from the movies, with plates of turkey, ham and even Christmas puddings which use special effects to set themselves on fire. Another feature that mustn’t go unmentioned is the Gryffindor Common Room set, which has seen intricate details added to it, in order to ensure it maintains a warm and cosy atmosphere. Meanwhile, the outdoor section of the tour doesn’t miss out on the snowy element either, with bits of paper snow falling from the sky as you explore Godric’s Hollow, the Hogwarts Bridge and the Knight Bus.

Overall, having been on the ‘Hogwarts In The Snow' Tour over Christmas, it really is well worth visiting, and the extra care that has been taken to create a Christmassy atmosphere does make a truly positive impact.

For most people, the Christmas holidays are now over, but this means there will be more availability to explore the Harry Potter studio tour for yourself. The Christmas-themed feature draws to a close in just over a week, and if you haven’t been already, it might be a good idea to give it a try and immerse yourself in the festive scenes from all the well-known Harry Potter movies.
