Ealing, Southall, Middlesex Athletics Group is a well-established, thriving athletics club where people of all age groups are brought together for their single passion of athletics and sports.

I have been a member of this community for 3 years, starting in year 7 and continuing to go each week.

I have been able to form some of my most precious and close friendships at the track, bonding over our love for athletics.

I’ve always enjoyed running since a young age and was introduced to the club by a friend whom I’ve trained alongside regularly each Tuesday.

The specialist coaches all volunteer to train and support us through our journeys, giving up their time and sharing their expertise in order for us to perform our best and improve.

After school, a lot of members have been visiting the track to escape the stress of their studies, enjoying the benefits of both physical activity and mental health.

The strong sense of community is demonstrated through pushing and motivating each other to improve and excel.

Going to the club is a great way to unwind and keep fit, and the benefits are not only physical; they also boost mental wellbeing.

Whether you’re training for competitions or simply looking to exercise in a friendly setting, the track is always a welcoming place.

The track is home to young aspiring athletes who participate in competitive events and competitions but it is also home to individuals who just visit for a less strenuous kind of exercise.

With a commitment to fostering talent and promoting fitness, the Ealing, Southall, Middlesex Athletics Group continues to be a cornerstone of the local community, inspiring athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
